REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@balicecosmetics.com.
Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.  
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@balicecosmetics.com and send your item to the address mentioned on the shipping bag.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Order Processing
Orders placed on our website are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please ensure that the shipping address and details are accurate to prevent any delays in delivery.
Shipping Methods:
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and your location. For domestic orders, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping can take 1-3 business days. International orders may take longer, with shipping times varying by destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided during checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Tracking information allows you to monitor the status and location of your order in real time.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to select countries, and shipping restrictions may apply based on local regulations and import restrictions. Please review our list of eligible countries during the checkout process.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method you choose, as well as your shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Currently we are providing free shipping all across Pakistan.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may impact the delivery schedule. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
